2 in 1 Laser Lipolysis & Endolifting
With laser lipolysis carried out with 1470 nm wavelength, fat cells are liquefied using a very precise laser beam. The energy of the diode laser is converted into heat and this gently dissolves the fat tissue. The capillaries supplying blood and the surrounding connective tissue are also heated during the process. This heating results in immediate hemostasis and, via the regeneration of collagen fibers, leads to a visible tightening of the subcutaneous connective tissue and skin.
The specific 1470nm wavelength has an ideal interaction with water and fat as it activates the neocollagenesis and metabolic functions in the extracellular matrix. Essentially, collagen will start to be naturally produced and eye bags will begin to lift and tighten.
-Mechanical contraction – whilst this gives the temporary effect of
immediate skin firming and tightening, the key is the body’s continuing
response…
-Improvement of skin ‘architecture’ – structural proteins
such as collagen and elastin are naturally produced in response to
Endolift. The early signs can be seen as soon as 4-8 weeks, but the
process continues to work over time with ‘peak’ results 9-12 months
after the procedure.
-Skin surface rejuvenation – due to the
natural healing process being kick started by Endolift, the increase in
proteins has an impressive effect on the feel and appearance of the
skins surface.
Applications and Advantages
The laser lipolysis technique has been used for over a deca-de to treat localized fat to promote skin tightening and to res-hape the body’s contour. It is one of the more frequently used procedures in the United States in liposculpture.
Laser lipolysis comprises the subcutaneous application of laser under tumescent anesthesia in the treated area of the body, with or without the subsequent aspiration of molten fat. When in direct contact with the subcutaneous tissue, the energy relea-sed by the laser inflicts irreversible damage on the adipocytes, in addition to thermal damage to the dermal collagen fibers, sti-mulating neocollagenesis and, later, a skin-tightening effect.
Advantages over traditional liposuction, such as shorter recovery time, milder surgical trauma, decreased blood loss, as well as less pain, bruising, and post-surgical swelling, have been demonstrated. The improvement in elasticity and retraction of the skin promoted by laser lipolysis have made this technique an interesting alternative for defining the body’s contour. Like tumescent liposuction, laser lipolysis can be performed in an outpatient setting, yielding high rates of patient satisfaction and low rates of complications.

Accessories
TR-August 1470 ’s ergonomically designed handpieces are optimized for comfort and safety. The grip has been engineered to ensure maximum comfort and control during the procedure.
The fiber is held firmly in position within the cannula by a locking mechanism. A range of cannula lengths are available to suit all requirements. TR-August 1470 provides different options of treatment with 980nm diode laser using 400/600/800μm fiber and a cannula (150 mm, 200 mm or 250 mm). The TR-August 1470 laser comes with 30 watt power output.
