How does TR-August 1470 work?
The 1470 nm diode laser acts via thermal effect: the laser fiber coagulates small blood vessels,remodels the collagen and causes retraction of the skin (skin tightening).At the same time laser fiber focuses heat to emulsify and damage fat cells,causing the breaking of the adipocyte membrane,the liquidation of the tissue and the coagulation of the collagen fiber.
TR-August 1470 procedure for liposculpture consists in inserting a thin atraumatic cannula with laser fiber in the fat pocket after a very small incision (1-2 mm)of the skin.This cannula is moved continuously in the fat pocket while the fiber delivers the laser energy to the fat tissue.
